A defense verdict was returned after approximately one hour of deliberations in an admitted liability, car versus truck lane change accident. After five days of trial and several expert witnesses, the jury agreed with the defendant that plaintiff had presented no credible evidence of any damages related to the incident. We briefed and argued the validity of the verdict on appeal, and The Court of Appeals agreed, affirming the defense verdict.
