A Glendale jury returned a defense verdict in favor of a demolition company and temporary fence provider in a personal injury claim by a quadrapaligic whose wheelchair “tripped” over the metal tubing which formed the base of the fence. The jury agreed with defendants that the condition, the tubing, was open and obvious and did not extend an unreasonable distance onto the sidewalk.
